If your ink cartridge is damaged, leaking, or not working, you may request a refund or replacement within 7 days of receiving the product. -
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a return or replacement. -
Product Not Compatible (Despite Correct Order)
If the ink is not compatible with your printer even after selecting the correct model, we’ll verify and offer a solution or refund.
❌ Non-Refundable Cases

Ordered wrong ink cartridge by mistake.

No complaint made within the refund window (7 days).

No proof of issue (photos/videos) provided.
