At AH Online Store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  1. Damaged or Defective Products
    If your ink cartridge is damaged, leaking, or not working, you may request a refund or replacement within 7 days of receiving the product.

  2. Wrong Item Received
    If you received the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a return or replacement.

  3. Product Not Compatible (Despite Correct Order)
    If the ink is not compatible with your printer even after selecting the correct model, we’ll verify and offer a solution or refund.


Non-Refundable Cases

  • Product used partially or fully.

  • Ordered wrong ink cartridge by mistake.

  • No complaint made within the refund window (7 days).

  • No proof of issue (photos/videos) provided.


Return Process

  1. Contact our support team via WhatsApp or Email with your order number and issue.

  2. Send clear photos or videos of the problem.

  3. If approved, return the product in its original packaging.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
