At AH Online Store, we value your satisfaction. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to make it right.

Return Eligibility

You can return a product if:

  1. The item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

  2. You received the wrong product.

  3. The product is not compatible with your printer despite ordering the correct model (must be verified).

Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a valid order number and photo/video proof of the issue.

  • Return shipping costs may be your responsibility unless the issue is our fault.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Ink cartridges that have been used or unsealed.

  • Returns requested after 7 days of delivery.

  • Incorrectly ordered items by the customer (e.g., wrong printer model).


How to Request a Return

  2. Provide your order number and describe the issue clearly.

  3. Send photos/videos of the product if needed.

  4. Once approved, ship the product back to us.

After inspection, we’ll issue a replacement or refund (as per our Refund Policy) within 3–5 working days.
