You can return a product if:

The product is not compatible with your printer despite ordering the correct model (must be verified).
Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

You must provide a valid order number and photo/video proof of the issue.

Return shipping costs may be your responsibility unless the issue is our fault.
